How long will it take to receive my order?
United States Shipping:  We ship domestically via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Mail Innovations that means your customers get their packages in 2-3 days for USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail and 4-6 days for UPS Mail Innovations.

Outside the United States: Internationally we use a service called Asendia and 8-14 business days depending on the country. Your package will be delivered by your local shipping company.

Incorrect Address
Abaft is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or lost due to the customer not entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Make sure to double check shipping address before checking out. We will not issue refunds for these orders that have not been addressed correctly.  This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number.
Customs, Import Fees & Duties
All Abaft products are shipped out of the United States, if you are an international customer, you may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. No refunds of customs fees will be provided.
